All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts from the day you buy for one year. You can extend Iron and Wand* warranties to three years if you register your product within 14 days of purchase.

An issue within the warranty period? We'll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1 year warranty and a 6 month warranty for the battery.

To get the best results from your new Cloud Nine Cordless Iron:

1: Spritz clean, dry, detangled hair with Cloud Nine Magical Quick Dry Potion heat protectant spray.

2: Ensure your Cordless Iron is charged and ready for use. Remove the protective film from the plates, then use the power switch to turn it on and check the display to view the charge status.

3: Consult the Cloud Nine Temperature Calculator to find your perfect heat, then select the right temperature on your Cordless Iron – choose from three settings to reduce the damage caused by excessive heat.

4: Start styling.

To straighten with your Cordless Iron:

Smooth the cushioned styling plates through a section of your hair from root to tip in one fluid movement. There’s no need to pause – our Sericite®-infused styling plates distribute heat evenly for consistent shine. Repeat for all sections of hair.

A single charge of the Cordless Iron lasts up to 20 minutes. The lower the temperature, the longer your battery-powered straighteners will last before they need a recharge.

Check the rules of your airline before travelling with the Cordless Iron, as it is powered by a rechargeable battery. Most airlines allow passengers to travel with these in their hand luggage, but there are exceptions. Consult your airline's rules and restrictions before packing for your trip.

The Cordless Iron comes with universal voltage (100-220V) and plug adaptors, so you can achieve your perfect style from anywhere in the world. Check that the voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds with the local mains supply before connecting the appliance to the mains.

Cloud Nine's Hibernation Mode is a feature of the Cordless Iron. After 3 minutes of inactivity, the straightener powers off to protect your surfaces from heat damage for stress-free styling.
