Style easy, after 30 minutes of inactivity, the Iron turns off automatically to protect your surfaces.

What is the size of the plates?
The plates are 1 inch (90mm x 23mm) wide.

Should the plates touch?
We have created our curved floating plates to glide over the hair rather than clamping down, this is to ensure that hair is not damaged. When the irons are switched off there will be a slight space between the curved plates when placed together, however once they are switched on, this gap will reduce and they will glide smoothly over your hair.

How should I store my 2-in-1 Contouring Iron Pro?
Only put your 2-in-1 Contouring Iron Pro away when the plates are cool and keep the plug away from the plates as this can cause scratches. Your iron should be fully cooled after usage and stored using the protective heat guard. We recommend you do not wrap the cord around the iron.

How do I know when my 2-in-1 Contouring Iron Pro is ready to use?
Once the iron is switched on, the new digital temperature panel will light up. The lights on the panel and either side of the iron will flash, then illuminate consistently when the product has reached your selected temperature. To increase or decrease, press the up or down arrows above the temperature gauge.

How do I switch on Revive Mode?
For ultimate hair health, activate Revive Mode by tapping the power button again after switching it on. The temperature of your iron will automatically set to 150°C when Revive Mode is activated.

All orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day. Delivery timeframes are as below:

• Auckland – Next day delivery
• North Island (out of Auckland) - 1 to 2 days
• Upper South Island - 2 days
• Lower South Island – 2 to 3 days

We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay. Occasionally, delays can happen, which are often beyond our control. We work hard with our courier to deliver within the times quoted, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

If you buy items from overseas for over NZ$1000, we collect GST and/or Duty and you must apply for a Customs Number. More details can be found on the New Zealand Customs website.

All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts from the day you buy for one year. You can extend Iron and Wand* warranties to three years if you register your product within 14 days of purchase.

An issue within the warranty period? We'll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1 year warranty and a 6 month warranty for the battery.
