• This product only functions at 220-240V and will only work in countries where a 220-240V power supply is available. We advise against using an adaptor or converter to use your device in another country.

• FREE Standard Postage on orders over $100.

• Orders under $100 will have a $10 charge for Standard postage.

All orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day. Delivery timeframes are as below:

• Auckland – Next day delivery
• North Island (out of Auckland) - 1 to 2 days
• Upper South Island - 2 days
• Lower South Island – 2 to 3 days

All Cloud Nine products come with a standard warranty that lasts from the day you buy for one year. You can extend Iron and Wand* warranties to three years if you register your product within 14 days of purchase.

For the 1-Year Upgraded Warranty option, simply add this to your basket at the time of purchase and your hair straighteners will then be covered for a total of 4 years.

To create a classic blowdry with the Hot Air Brush:

1: Start with clean, towel-dried, detangled hair.

2: Spritz Cloud Nine Magical Quick Dry Potion heat protector spray before applying heat to your hair.

3: Select your speed setting before using the detangling bristles to create gentle tension through each section - lifting the root, smoothing the lengths and shaping hair as it dries with minimal snagging.

4: Repeat section by section until your hair is dry.

5: Press the Cool Shot switch to give your hair a blast of cool air to smooth and set your style.

The Hot Air Brush weighs just 0.4kg, excluding the cord. Lightweight and ergonomically balanced, it’s designed to give you maximum control.

The Hot Air Brush has two adjustable speed settings that let you work at your own pace, while Cool Shot mode sets your blow-dry in place.

Switch to Cool Shot mode at any time by selecting the Cool Shot icon on the power switch.

• Voltage Protection – automatically shuts the appliance down at low voltage.

• Do not wrap the cord around your Hot Air Brush – this can damage it.

• Only put your Hot Air Brush away when it is completely cool.
