To get the best results from your new Cloud Nine Hot Brush:

1: Spritz clean, dry, detangled hair with Cloud Nine Magical Quick Dry Potion heat protectant spray.

2: Consult the Cloud Nine Temperature Calculator to find your perfect heat, then choose the right temperature from five settings ranging from 110-190°C .

3: Start with a section of hair that is the same diameter as the Hair Tame Tesselation Bristles. For best results, do not overload the bristles with too much hair at once. 

4: Lift and smooth the first hair section through the Hot Brush bristles from root to tip with the brush underneath the hair section for added volume. Work in a downward motion with light tension to aid the smoothing process and promote even heat distribution, seal the cuticles and lock in shine. You should be able to see the end of the bristles through the hair as it glides through, taming and smoothing flyaways as it travels down the entire hair shaft. 

5: Repeat section by section to perfect a sleek, smooth finish. 

The Hot Brush comes with universal voltage included, so you can achieve your perfect style from anywhere in the world. Check that the voltage shown on the rating label matches the local mains supply before connecting the appliance to the mains.

The Cloud Nine Hot Brush comes with an automatic switch-off function. After 30 minutes of inactivity, your heated hair brush powers off to protect your surfaces from heat damage, allowing you peace of mind after you style.

Your Hot Brush is ready to use when its indicator light stops flickering and stays constant. This shows it has reached your desired temperature. 

The Hot Brush has five temperature settings between 110 and 190°C, which means you can use the temperature most suited to your hair type. Head to our Temperature Calculator to discover your hair's ideal styling temperature.

Tap the power button on the back of the handle of your Hot Brush to adjust the heat based on your hair type. The temperature can be set at five temperatures between 110-190°C. The temperature controls are located on the back of the handle, reducing the likelihood of accidental turn-ups, turn-downs, or turn-offs.

Designed with Hair Tame Tessellation™, the Cloud Nine Hot Brush features short and long bristles, cleverly positioned at optimal angles to create the perfect amount of pull.

To clean your Hot Brush:

1: Unplug and wait for your Cloud Nine heated styler brush to become cool to the touch.

2: Remove any loose hair strands from between the bristles with your hands or a tail comb. 

3: Take a damp cloth and wipe down in between the bristles until clean. Never immerse your Hot Brush in water.

4: Leave the Hot Brush to dry fully before using to style your hair.

To store your Hot Brush safely and correctly:

•  Keep the plug away from the bristles to avoid damage. 

• Do not wrap the cord around the head of your Hot Brush.

• Only put your Hot Brush away when it has cooled.

The Hot Brush is designed to be used on dry hair only. Do not use your hot brush hair styler on wet hair.

The Hot Brush is suitable for all hair types, and performs best on type 1 (straight), type 2 (wavy) and type 3 (curly) hair that is six inches or longer. 

For very curly hair (type 3b, type 3c and type 4 coily hair) or coarse hair, we recommend using the Airshot Pro to blow-dry, followed by the Contouring Original Iron to style, then use the Hot Brush for touch-ups from day two onwards.

No, the Hot Brush is not cordless, but the 3m swivel cord gives plenty of freedom during styling.
