What is a dressing brush used for?
A dressing hair brush is ideal for smoothing your hair, detangling, and finishing off a look - in a gentle, healthy way. Whether you’re loosening freshly curled waves or making sure your newly straightened style is as smooth as can be, the CLOUD NINE Dressing Brush is the perfect addition to your hair styling kit.

What are the bristles on the CLOUD NINE Dressing Brush made from?
The CLOUD NINE Luxury Dressing Brush has high-quality nylon bristles to prevent hair breakage and help distribute your scalp’s natural oils throughout your hair.

What is the difference between a dressing brush and a round brush?
A dressing brush is a flat-backed brush with nylon bristles, designed to ‘dress’ the hair into an updo, or smooth out straight hair or loose waves. It’s perfect for use before and after heat styling, or when you don’t plan to use heat at all. A round brush, on the other hand, is the perfect blow-dry sidekick, ideal for shaping the hair and adding volume while you heat style.

• Orders under $100 will have a $10 charge for Standard postage.

All orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day. Delivery timeframes are as below:

• Auckland – Next day delivery
• North Island (out of Auckland) - 1 to 2 days
• Upper South Island - 2 days
• Lower South Island – 2 to 3 days

We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay. Occasionally, delays can happen, which are often beyond our control. We work hard with our courier to deliver within the times quoted, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

If you buy items from overseas for over NZ$1000, we collect GST and/or Duty and you must apply for a Customs Number. More details can be found on the New Zealand Customs website.

All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts from the day you buy for one year. You can extend Iron and Wand* warranties to three years if you register your product within 14 days of purchase.

An issue within the warranty period? We'll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1 year warranty and a 6 month warranty for the battery.
