How do I turn my device on and off?
Press and hold the power button for 1 second to turn on the device. Press and hold the button for 1 second to turn off in any mode.

How long does the charge last for?
The Revive's charge lasts approximately an hour when fully charged.

How long does it take to charge?
It takes around 2 hours for the Revive to fully charge.

How do I clean my device?
To clean your device, use a cotton swab or soft dry cloth. Please do not use alkaline lotions, essential oils, nail varnish or other solvents to clean your device. Do not immerse the device in water.

What temperature does this device reach on cool and heat mode?
Heat mode reaches temperatures of 42-46°C and cool mode reaches 13°C lower than room temperature.

Why is my power button flashing blue?
When the power button flashes blue, this means the device has low power. Please recharge your device.

How do I charge my device?
Use the micro USB cable included to charge the device. When the device is charging the light will show red. Once the battery is fully charged the light will turn green. You cannot use the device during charging.

All orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day. Delivery timeframes are as below:

• Auckland – Next day delivery
• North Island (out of Auckland) - 1 to 2 days
• Upper South Island - 2 days
• Lower South Island – 2 to 3 days

If you buy items from overseas for over NZ$1000, we collect GST and/or Duty and you must apply for a Customs Number. More details can be found on the New Zealand Customs website.

All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts from the day you buy for one year. You can extend Iron and Wand* warranties to three years if you register your product within 14 days of purchase.

An issue within the warranty period? We'll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1 year warranty and a 6 month warranty for the battery.
