Can I take my Cordless Iron on a plane?
Airline approval is required if you’re travelling with a battery-powered, heat-producing product. Cordless straighteners are in this category, so we always recommend requesting airline approval prior to travel.

Will this work in other countries?
Our Original Cordless Iron comes with universal voltage and plug adaptors, meaning you can travel anywhere in the world with your favourite styling tool

Does The Cordless Iron have hibernate/automatic switch off?
Our Original Cordless Iron does switch off if not used for 3 minutes.

Can I curl my hair using The Cordless Iron?
Our Original Cordless Iron has innovative curved full-size plates meaning they will create seamless curls on the go.

What size are The Cordless Iron plates?
They are equal to the size of the Original and Touch Iron plates 90mm x 23mm.

Are the plates ceramic?
The plates are ceramic and Infused with our signature healing minerals Sericite and Tourmaline to seal the hair’s cuticle and lock in moisture for shinier hair every time you style.

How long does it take to fully charge?
Approximately 90 minutes.

All orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day. Delivery timeframes are as below:

• Auckland – Next day delivery
• North Island (out of Auckland) - 1 to 2 days
• Upper South Island - 2 days
• Lower South Island – 2 to 3 days

We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay. Occasionally, delays can happen, which are often beyond our control. We work hard with our courier to deliver within the times quoted, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

If you buy items from overseas for over NZ$1000, we collect GST and/or Duty and you must apply for a Customs Number. More details can be found on the New Zealand Customs website.

All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts from the day you buy for one year. You can extend Iron and Wand* warranties to three years if you register your product within 14 days of purchase.

An issue within the warranty period? We'll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1 year warranty and a 6 month warranty for the battery.
