Does The Original Hot Brush have an automatic turn off?
Style easy. After 30 minutes of inactivity, The Original Hot Brush turns off automatically to protect your surfaces.

How do I know when my Hot Brush is ready to use?
When The Original Hot Brush is switched on, the indicator light will flicker until it reaches your desired temperature.

Why are the bristles different lengths?
Designed with Hair Tame Tessellation™, The Original Hot Brush features short and long bristles, cleverly positioned at calculated angles to create the perfect amount of pull. More grip. Less slip.

How do I clean my Hot Brush?
Once your CLOUD NINE Original Hot Brush is unplugged and cool to touch, remove any loose hair strands from between the bristles with your hands or a tail comb. Then take a damp cloth and wipe down in between the bristles until clean.

How do I change the temperature on my Hot Brush?
Tap the power button to adjust the heat based on your hair type. The CLOUD NINE Original Hot Brush can be set at five temperatures between 110-190°C.

Can I use The Original Hot Brush on wet or damp hair?
The Original Hot Brush is designed to be used on dry hair only.

• FREE Standard Postage on orders over $100.

• Orders under $100 will have a $10 charge for Standard postage.

All orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day. Delivery timeframes are as below:

• Auckland – Next day delivery
• North Island (out of Auckland) - 1 to 2 days
• Upper South Island - 2 days
• Lower South Island – 2 to 3 days

We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay. Occasionally, delays can happen, which are often beyond our control. We work hard with our courier to deliver within the times quoted, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

If you buy items from overseas for over NZ$1000, we collect GST and/or Duty and you must apply for a Customs Number. More details can be found on the New Zealand Customs website.

All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts from the day you buy for one year. You can extend Iron and Wand* warranties to three years if you register your product within 14 days of purchase.

An issue within the warranty period? We'll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1 year warranty and a 6 month warranty for the battery.
