An issue within the warranty period? We'll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1 year warranty and a 6 month warranty for the battery.

Should the plates touch on my Original Iron?
We have created our floating plates to glide over the hair rather than clamping down, this is to ensure that hair is not damaged. When the irons are switched off there will be a slight space between the plates when placed together, however once they are switched on, this gap will reduce and they will glide smoothly over your hair to create some amazing hairstyles.

How do I know when my Original Iron is ready to use?
Once the Iron is switched on the green light will start flashing and will illuminate on 150°C when it’s ready to use. To select a higher temperature, press the button with the arrow facing upwards.

What’s the difference between The Curling Wand and The Waving Wand?
The main difference between The Curling Wand and The Waving Wand is the barrel, which can help you achieve different results. While The Curling Wand creates bouncy curls, The Waving Wand’s wide barrel creates softer waves.

How should I store my Curling Wand?
Only put your Wand away when the barrel is cool and keep the plug away from the barrel as this can cause scratches.
