All orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day. Delivery timeframes are as below:

• Auckland – Next day delivery
• North Island (out of Auckland) - 1 to 2 days
• Upper South Island - 2 days
• Lower South Island – 2 to 3 days

If you buy items from overseas for over NZ$1000, we collect GST and/or Duty and you must apply for a Customs Number. More details can be found on the New Zealand Customs website.

All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts from the day you buy for one year. You can extend Iron and Wand* warranties to three years if you register your product within 14 days of purchase.

An issue within the warranty period? We'll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1 year warranty and a 6 month warranty for the battery.

Style easy, after 30 minutes of inactivity, the Iron turns off automatically to protect your surfaces.

The plates are 0.5 inches wide.

Once the Iron is switched on the green light will start flashing and will illuminate on 150°C when it’s ready to use.

Only put your Iron away when the plates are cool and keep the plug away from the plates as this can cause scratches. Your iron should be fully cooled after use and stored using the protective guard. We recommend you do not wrap the cord around the iron.
