All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts from the day you buy for one year. You can extend Iron and Wand* warranties to three years if you register your product within 14 days of purchase.

An issue within the warranty period? We'll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1 year warranty and a 6 month warranty for the battery.

tep 1: Start with clean, towel-dried hair.

Step 2: Shake your CLOUD NINE Magical Quick Dry Potion heat protector spray to activate the lightweight conditioners, then spritz your hair to provide heat protection.

Step 3: Section your hair and secure it with CLOUD NINE Croc Clips.

Step 4: Attach the thin-end nozzle – this will help you to direct the airflow for a more precise blow dry.

Step 5: Select your temperature using the temperature control switch. Temperatures range from low to medium to high. Blow dry at a lower temperature for optimum hair health.

Step 6: Using a round brush, lift up each section and dry from the root, curling under at the ends for extra body. Our CLOUD NINE Luxury Round Brush is perfect for the job.

Step 7: Repeat section by section.

Step 8: Press the Cool Shot switch to give your hair a blast of cool air to smooth and set your style. And there you have it – the perfect salon-worthy blow dry.

Can the Starlight Airshot be used worldwide?
If you want to use a CLOUD NINE product universally, simply use a UK to EU or US plug adaptor. All our heated styling tools work at standard UK voltage (220v – 240v), which means performance can be affected in countries that use different voltage levels. To maximise your chances of styling on the go, we recommend checking your destination’s voltage before you make your trip.

How much does the Starlight Airshot weigh?
The Starlight Airshot weighs 0.88kg. If you’re after a lighter-weight hair dryer, try the Airshot Pro.

What size are the Starlight Airshot's nozzles?
Included in the pack are a 60mm and a 75mm nozzle. The smaller the nozzle, the more pressure the air is under, so a more forceful air jet can be directed onto your hair – perfect for blow drying wavy frizz-prone hair straight. The larger nozzle is ideal for naturally straight hair that needs a gentler blow dry.

How does the diffuser fit onto the Starlight Airshot?
To attach the diffuser to the Airshot hair dryer, remove the nozzle by twisting it off, then attach the diffuser by twisting and clicking it into place. Find out more about how to dry your hair wavy or curly using a diffuser. You will need to buy a separate universal diffuser attachment to fit onto the Starlight Airshot hair dryer. If you’re after a hair dryer that comes with a diffuser attachment, opt for the Airshot Pro, our lighter and more powerful hair dryer which comes with a diffuser attachment as standard.

How do the nozzles fit onto the Starlight Airshot?
Follow these steps:

Make sure your Starlight Airshot is switched off.
Attach a nozzle to your Starlight Airshot hair dryer by twisting it onto the front of the hair dryer and feeling it click into place.
To remove a nozzle, simply pull the nozzle away from the hair dyer and it will click off in your hand.

What’s the difference between the Starlight Airshot and Airshot Pro?

The Starlight Airshot is our original hair dryer and comes with two nozzles, but doesn’t come with a diffuser attachment.
The Airshot Pro comes with magnetic snap-to-fit attachments, including a diffuser attachment within the package. The Airshot Pro is also lighter than the Airshot and weighs 0.44kg, which is around half the weight of the Airshot. It comes with additional technology including Self-Cleaning Mode and a quieter motor.
